Project presented by BNext Design Company.  The NE DRC previously reviewed administratively.  The owner preferred the three panel backer signs and the locations presented here today.

Committee Question, Comments, Concerns

• Still too much signage
• Signs should be the same height across the building
• Can sign number 2 be the same size as sign number 3
• Perhaps the projecting facade could be the primary sign and larger, but drastically reduce the size of sign number 1 to direct folks to the man door as the entry to the building.  IE about 5ft over the door

Motion to approve signage as presented keeping 2 of 3 signs, signs number 1 and number 3.  Signs should be lowered to the same height.  Center sign number 1 between left edge of garage door and left edge of building.  Total of only 2 signs allowed on building.
